Point of Sale - Credit Creation

Use this option to perform the following tasks:

• create a new credit against a previous customer sales docket and process a refund for the customer
• recall a held credit transaction
• enter the credit header details
• enter the credit transaction lines
• manage completed customer refunds including printing a credit (adjustment) note.
